Coastwide Community Care helps seniors maintain their quality of life, and the personalised home care services they receive vastly improve their safety, health, and happiness. What is a Home Care Package?
The Home Care Packages (HCP) Program is an initiative from the Australian Government for the purpose of helping the elderly live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. The program provides a subsidy toward care, aged care services, and case management to meet the needs of the recipient. There are four levels of support, ranging from basic care to high-level care, each with a different subsidy amount allocated to the recipient and paid to the provider in Flexible aged Care Services across the central coast, rathmines, budgewoi, lake haven, ourimbah, berkeley vale, lisarow, morisset, the entrance, bateau bay, toukley, wyong, erina, woy woy, gosford, cooranbong, toronto, swansea, wyee,lake munmorah in New South Wales [NSW].
